Clients

Store the client details needed for appointments, reminders and a smoother return visit.
Client history
The problem
Scattered messages make it hard to find a client’s last booking or preferred contact channel.
Salon Booking links appointments and messages to one client record with concise notes.
Staff have the useful context without learning a sales platform designed for another industry.
Setup is tied to the way the shop already works. Services keep their own duration and buffer. Staff keep their own working hours and time off. Clients see the resulting available time rather than the rules behind it.

Boundaries
A focused booking product.
Salon Booking does not include POS, stock management, payroll or a consumer marketplace in its first version. That boundary keeps the daily workflow short for shops that mainly need bookings and reminders.
Google Calendar, WhatsApp and production messaging connections must pass launch testing before they are treated as live. The site describes the intended product contract and calls out anything that still needs connection.
