Privacy notice
This is a pre-launch notice for the marketing website. It must be updated with the final legal entity, processors, retention periods and privacy contact before customer data is accepted.
Information this website may process
The static marketing site can receive ordinary technical request data from its hosting provider, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps. No working enquiry or account form is currently provided.
Product information at launch
The booking product is expected to process shop account details, staff schedules, service settings, client contact details, appointments and message delivery status. The final notice will identify each purpose, lawful basis, processor and retention period.
Connected services require separate consent
Calendar and messaging integrations will only be connected after the account owner authorises them. The final product will explain the data exchanged and provide a way to revoke access.
Sharing and storage
No claim about hosting region or named subprocessors is made here because the production architecture is not final. Those details must be published before launch.
Your choices
New Zealand users can ask about access, correction or deletion once the responsible legal entity and privacy contact are published. A complaint route to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner will also be included.
